FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a discount if I purchase more than one projector?

Yes, when you put a second Astronaut Projector in your cart and go to the checkout page, use Discount Code: BOT10 for $10 off your second item! You will receive $10 off each additional projector purchased. For example:

2 projectors = $10 Discount

3 projectors = $20 Discount

Does the Astronaut Projector need batteries?

The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries.

The projector has a USB plugin. So, you may need an USB adapter if you want to plug it into an outlet. (The kind of adapter you use for your phone.)

Add a $10-$15 tip and I will send batteries and an adapter to you, personally. No worries. I've got your back!

How long does the sleep timer keep the projector on?

The sleep timer has two settings. You can set it for 45 minutes or 90 minutes.

That's plenty of time for those little ones to get to sleep!

The astronaut keeps fallng off the base. Is there a way to fix that?

Great question! I have found that super glue will hold the astronaut onto the base to prevent tipping over.

I don't like the stars. Is there a way to disable them?

If the stars cannot be turned off with the remote, try placing a piece of painter's tape or white gaffer's tape across the laser covering. These tapes will not leave a sticky residue when removed. Enjoy!

How much is shipping?

All orders over $40 receive shipping for free. Since the projector costs over $40, shipping is free! Yay!
